Refund and Returns Policy:

Eligible Products for Return:
We only accept returns for the following products:
- Grammarly Business Account
- Turnitin Student Account
Return Requirements:
To request a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for the return. The product must meet the following requirements:
- It must be in its original condition and have no signs of use or damage.
- The customer must pay all transaction fees for sending and receiving the product.
- We will deduct a 30% amount of the original price of the product as a restocking fee.
Please note that we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned product and it meets the above requirements, we will process the refund. The refund can take up to 7 working days.
